"iAM Smart" is a free account that can be enjoyed by all Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID Card) holders aged 11 or above. When you open and login the “iAM Smart” app, you will see the “iAM Smart+” logo. If such logo does not appear, please follow the Upgrade Guide.

Only HK registered doctors and pharmacists can register to the E-Prescription solution in NOU Health Platform. Doctors must be registered with The Medical Council of Hong Kong and be employed by or affiliated with a company that provides health services (e.g., clinics, medical groups, hospitals). The application process involves submitting a signed physical paper application form, along with required documents such as HKID copy and practicing certificates. The system is designed with multiple layers of security to ensure personal data protection. All documents uploaded by users are encrypted with a unique key and further double-encrypted with another unique asymmetric key owned by each user of the platform. No staff member of Nouvelle Biotech has access to these uploaded documents. The platform adheres to security best practices, is subjected to third-party security audits, and has passed the requirements of CIS Benchmarks, ensuring it meets recognized security standards. These measures collectively work to safeguard personal data and maintain the highest level of privacy and security for all users of the platform.

If you like to view the detail of the digital certificates (e.g. Validity of the Certificate, Name of the Signer, etc.) used for digital signing, you may refer to section 3.5.1.2 “Displaying the Signer’s Certificate” of the Adobe Guide.

The NOU Health Platform is designed for Eligible Healthcare Providers, such as licensed doctors and pharmacists in Hong Kong. To register, users must possess and maintain all required practicing certificates, licenses, and certifications. Verification of eligibility, including professional credentials like Business Registration Certificates, Certificates of Incorporation, and Practicing Certificates, will be conducted during registration. Eligible Healthcare Providers are responsible for managing user accounts for their Authorized Users and ensuring timely verification of their professionals’ registration status. They must also maintain updated records and notify the platform of any changes in business nature or clinical services that could affect their eligibility.
